Train five days a week.

Cardio

For a cardio routine, you will be doing exercises like running, biking, or other cardio machines. You can also run outside in the park if you want. The main aim of the cardio workout is to give you a high-calorie burn workout routine. So we will be doing 30 minutes of cardio in which we will implement 15 minutes of interval training on the treadmill and 15 minutes of air-bike.

During the treadmill, you will be performing a 30 seconds sprint, and 30 seconds run for a whole 15 minutes. After that, you will be doing the same thing with an air-bike but with speed and resistance. This routine will help your heart rate go up and give you an excellent HIIT workout.

Weight lifting and Circuit training

So we will add circuit training at least three days a week, and these days, you will be doing weight training exercises as well. So it will be a mixture of weight training and bodyweight training, we will rest after we complete the whole round.
