Mango Has the Best Shoes on the High Street Right Now

Spring can be a tricky season for shoes. We’re not ready to pack away our chunky boots quite yet—after all, March always likes to throw us the odd sub-zero curveball—but then again, on the days when the mercury creeps into the upper teens, those sandals start to look very tempting. Gotta love living in the UK. Conveniently, this season Mango has delivered the perfect edit of spring-ready shoes that cover all the bases.

I’ve lost track of the number of Mango shoes I’ve bookmarked over the last few weeks. There’s something about their latest drop that look so premium—perhaps it’s the minimalist silhouettes or unexpected colourways, such as burgundy and pale yellow. They are also classic styles that will look good for many seasons to come: Think heeled boots that will add polish to your denim, sleek ballet flats that are begging to be worn with tailored trousers and a slouchy knit, and the odd chunky sandal that will be dreamy with thick socks for WFH days. Scroll down to see and shop my Mano shoe edit that ticks all the boxes this spring.

A real failsafe shoe staple.

These square toe boots just look so high-end IMO.

The gathered detail makes these look so unusual.

Add these to tailored trousers when the weather warms.

Wear with everything from wide leg trousers to floaty frocks.

We’re still so into chunky sandals this year.

The scalloped edge is everything.

WWW’s Hannah Almassi has her eye on these.

A minimalist ballet shoe gem.
