Michael Kors is celebrating the fashion house’s 40th anniversary with a Times Square-based digital presentation. To show his fall/winter 2021 collection, Kors asked models like Bella Hadid, Ashley Graham, Irina Shayk, and Naomi Campbell to prerecord footage in the glamorous looks while walking through NYC’s theater district in early April. Today, we get to enjoy the full virtual experience, featuring a performance by Rufus Wainwright. (Always one to create a well-rounded fashion show, Kors is known for bringing musicians onto his runway.) The Big Apple location is no accident – Kors has supported the theater industry with a personal donation to The Actors Fund in honor of the brand’s milestone.
