Ariana Grande has hit us, baby, one more time with her Britney Spears obsession. After recently treating fans to a cover of “Oops!… I Did It Again” on Jimmy Fallon’s new That’s My Jam game show, Ariana paid fashionable tribute to the music icon on The Voice this week. Sticking to the Monday episode’s ‘90s night theme, she wore an outfit inspired by one of Britney’s most memorable …Baby One More Time Tour looks from 1999: the famous hot pink tube top and white pants with pink knee patches.

Ariana’s iteration of the costume incorporated some modern-day upgrades – she swapped white platform sneakers for white Giambattista Valli platform boots, her crop top was lined in rhinestones, and her flared pants were far more high-waisted than Brit’s were back in the day – but her homage to the Princess of Pop was still clear as day. One queen dressing like another queen – you absolutely love to see it.
