I’m lucky enough in my job to have access to celebrity facialists , top beauty brands and the best experts in the industry, but I’ve noticed more and more that it’s A-listers themselves who are becoming all the more influential when it comes to serving up legitimately good beauty advice. Of course, celebrities like BeyoncĂ©  and Jennifer Aniston are surrounded by the beauty industry’s cream of the crop on a daily basis—from makeup artists to hairstylists —so it’s really no surprise that they’ve picked up some expert beauty tips along the way. There’s one celebrity in particular, however, whose skincare knowledge I trust more than most: Victoria Beckham .
With her very own beauty line  under her belt and a dedicated beauty reel of product recommendations and top tips on her Instagram, Beckham’s love of all things beauty is obvious. Her passion for products combined with how open she has been about her skincare journey from Spice Girl to bonafide fashion designer means that she’s a lady that I have really come to trust when it comes to beauty tips. Plus, there’s the fact that at 47 years old, she looks damn incredible.
Ahead, keep scrolling for the best product recommendations, beauty tips and skincare rituals that I’ve learned from Victoria Beckham’s Instagram.Â
VB has made no secret of her love of a good facialist and credits Sarah Chapman with being one of the skin experts that has helped her to get her acne-prone skin in check. So its no surprise that she swears by regular facial massages, particularly ahead of travelling, to combat congestion and puffiness.

While we haven’t all got access to celebrity-approved facialists, you can re-create Sarah Chapman’s very own facial massage at home with this tool that mimics the movements of Chapman’s fingertips to release tension and drain away toxins.
It’s not just the skin on her face that looks amazing, VB swears by this all-natural body oil for keeping her limbs soft, supple and glowing. Beckham’s top tip is to apply it when she’s straight out of the shower while her skin is still damp.
This lightweight body oil contains all kinds of great, natural ingredients—from acai to passion fruit—to firm skin, add glow and even tone. A little bit goes a long way, so you’ll only need a few drops massaged over your body.
Getting a peek inside the airport beauty bag of Victoria Beckham is one of my guilty pleasures. Turns out, she is religious about keeping her skin hydrated whenever she flies—as evidenced with this bag of facial mists and moisturisers. I’ll be stocking up before I take off next time.
VB’s go-to hydration mist of choice is this one from Sarah Chapman, which contains a unique complex of hydrating ingredients to support your skin’s barrier, smooth the surface and protect your skin from the environment.
Victoria’s skin always looks amazing—particularly when it’s a red carpet event that she’s going to. She shared a particularly insightful beauty tip on her Instagram Stories when she revealed that her makeup artist actually uses a mini Beautyblender to apply powder exactly where she needs it. It’s “the most accurate way to apply your powder” in VB’s own words.
Rather than dusting your powder all over, just use a Beautyblender to pat it onto your forehead, under eyes and anywhere that you’re prone to shine to keep unwanted oil at bay without reducing all-over radiance.

While most of us aren’t at risk of getting papped when walking through the airport like VB, a decent pair of travel hair straighteners that actually work are hard to come by. These cordless ones from Balmain come Beckham-approved, however. “Most of them don’t get so hot, but I’ve found these Balmain hair straighteners that come in this nice little bag, which I think is going to be a life-changer,” said Beckham. “No more frizzy hair when I get off the plane.”
Yes, they’re a little pricey, but these cordless straighteners are great for touching up hair or creating some last-minute beach waves at your desk or if you’re away for the weekend. The fact that they’re cordless means that you really can use them anywhere.
Whenever I do my nails at home, I woefully neglect my cuticles. However, Victoria Beckham is not a lady that would put up with hang nails and scraggy cuticles as demonstrated by her advice that it’s “always key to really pay attention to the cuticles” for a polished finish. Noted, VB.
Celebs flock to podiatrist Margaret Dabbs in their droves for her expert pedicures so you’re in good hands with her cuticle serum. It contains emu and tea tree oils to soften and nourish cuticles and add shine to nails.
It’s not just her cuticles that Beckham never forgets about—it’s her eyes too. While prepping on set for a Victoria Beckham Beauty shoot, VB shared a behind-the-scenes pic of her modelling these under-eye masks to prep her skin ahead of makeup.Â
These cult eye masks are a celebrity favourite thanks to their time-release formula—meaning they get to work straight away de-puffing and soothing tired eyes but continue to deliver a dose of hydrating, skin-smoothing benefits to your under-eyes throughout the day.
Rather than relying on different moisturisers for day and night or depending on the season, VB has taken her facialist Melanie Grant’s advice and sticks to one cult moisturiser for round-the-clock hydration. Celebrities like Alexa Chung and Margot Robbie also swear by Augustinus Bader’s The Cream so you’re in good company if you choose to switch out all of your other moisturisers for this one.
A lightweight yet deeply hydrating formula that’s the result of over 30 years of skincare research, this moisturiser helps to regenerate skin cells to renew the surface of your complexion for brighter, more radiant skin.
I’m convinced that one of the reasons that Victoria Beckham looks so good is that she doesn’t just focus on the products that she puts on her skin, she’s also a keen dabbler in wellness trends and supplements. In fact, she took to Instagram Stories to reveal that she takes a daily dose of omega-3 fish oil which is “so good for the skin”.
These supplements contain omega 3 from sustainable fish oil and omega 6 from evening primrose oil to help your skin maintain healthy functions.
VB knows the importance of maintaining good skin and relies on light therapy to keep her skin rejuvenated and clear. At the Sarah Chapman Skinesis spa, VB opts for a combination of red light to improve fine lines and elasticity and blue light to ease congestion and calm breakouts.
It’s possible to enjoy your own personalised light therapy treatment at home with this cult LED mask that uses blue light to target breakouts and red light to pinpoint fine lines and wrinkles.
There’s something about full, well-defined lips that look endlessly youthful, and VB is pretty much the queen of the pout. In fact, her trademark nude lipstick style is so iconic that she’s just created a two-step system so everyone can get the look: “Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with both lipliner and shades of nude, so it was only natural that for my second collection I’d introduce the two lip essentials that I use to create my perfect nude lip lookevery day,” said Beckham.
A lightweight gel texture with a sheer, natural-matte finish to tint lips with a natural-looking flush of colour.
Outline and define the natural shape of your lips with this waterproof pencil—available in six shades. FYI, Victoria uses shade 2 for a natural lip look and shade 3 for a perfect pink.
