8 Products That VB Actually Keeps in Her Makeup Bag

When Victoria Beckham launched her own beauty brand back in 2019, it came as no surprise to beauty editors and avid followers of VB. After all, Beckham’s limited edition makeup collaborations with beauty giant Estée Lauder in 2016 and 2017 were instant hits thanks to their combination of stylish packaging and luxurious formulations.

Fast forward two years and Victoria Beckham Beauty is now an industry favourite for both makeup and skincare. From beauty-editor approved eyeshadows to expert-led serums (all of the brand/s skincare is formulated by Augustinus Bader), Vb is now a fully fledged beauty mogul.

And while her namesake products are truly excellent (they are favourites in the Who What Wear office), we can’t help but wonder what other products VB cherishes when it comes to her own makeup routine. The question is: what does Victoria Beckham actually keep in her makeup bag on a day-to-day basis? Thankfully, much like her skincare routine, VB has shared many an insight into her favourite makeup products over the years, so I have a pretty clear idea.

“On a day when I’m hanging around the house with the kids, I just like to use Sarah Chapman Skin Insurance SPF 30,” Beckham told Into the Gloss. “It’s basically a tinted moisturiser but with sunscreen, which is obviously really important.”

“For more of a ‘look,’ I use Burberry Fresh Glow Foundation,” Beckham revealed. “I have occasionally used La Mer foundation, too. There’s one particular shade that’s quite good for me (Honey, if I can remember).”

“I like to contour down my nose”, Beckham revealed in a recent YouTube tutorial with makeup artist Lisa Eldridge. “It’s very, very easy. The one that I use is this Burberry stick. What I tend to do is I just do a straight line down the front of my nose and then I literally blend it in with my fingers. Then sometimes I’ll do a little tiny V under the nose.”

Victoria Beckham’s trademark look has always involved a lip liner. She described it as part of her go-to look in an interview with Into the Gloss and said she is “obsessed with lip liner” in her makeup tutorial with Lisa Eldridge. Her current lip liner of choice is, of course, her own Lip Definer (£20). “Anyone who knows me knows I’m obsessed with both lipliner and shades of nude, so it was only natural that for my second collection I’d introduce the lip essentials that I use to create my perfect nude lip look,” said Beckham on the launch.

VB’s revealed to Into the Gloss that it was this sponge-tipped concealer from Burberry that had made the cut to her makeup bag. A soft-matte formula, it can be used to cover blemishes, under-eye circles and breakouts and blends seamlessly with the skin.

There’s one lady that VB relies on for her brows: Anastasia Soare, founder of the cult brow band Anastasia Beverly Hills. “I only ever use Anastasia’s brow products because, as I say, she is the eyebrow expert,” Beckham has previously revealed. This matte pomade is her product of choice. Apply it using an angled brush for a precise, long-lasting brow shape.

Powder can get a bit of a bad rep for looking cakey, but we spotted one in VB’s beauty edit when she shared a backstage snap of her makeup essentials from London Fashion Week. Captioned with “trying to get fresh looking skin,” Laura Mercier’s cult translucent powder was part of the product lineup. It’s so finely milled that it glides onto the skin to blur pores and fine lines while absorbing excess oil without looking chalky.

“I like a smokey eye,” Beckham said to Lisa Eldridge. “Rather than having too straight a line [underneath], I like it when it dips a little because it gives you a bigger eye.”

Next up, basically every celeb swears by this one skincare brand.
