You know what they say: couples that dress well together, stay together— right? Well, it’s certainly working out OK for these stylish partnerships. Regular readers will know we love to crush on a celebrity with great style here at Who What Wear, whether that’s an icon like J.Lo, or a more unexpected muse like Katie Holmes or Dakota Johnson. So when we find a celeb couple who enjoy showing off their sartorial skills together, we can hardly contain ourselves.

Luckily 2021 has been kind to us in that department, offering up some brand new well-dressed couples (hello Zoe & Channing!), plenty of fresh photo ops from some of our favourite long-term pairs (thank you, Met Gala!) and, of course, the return of the OG celebrity couple: Jen & Ben. We are not worthy.

The King and Queen of cool, Hailey and Justin firmly kept hold of their crowns in 2021 with a pared-back but stunning approach to red-carpet dressing. But it’s their day-to-day outfits in particular we can’t get enough of. They always manage to hit just the right note between relaxed, unique and fun.

Bar the barely-there red carpet dresses (and the fact that Zoe’s obviously MUCH tinier than Channing) this newly loved-up pair look like they could share a wardrobe when out on their NYC jaunts. We’re talking baggy jeans, oversized shirts and the latest BMX bike as an accessory. It’s a look we’re very much looking forward to seeing develop.

This one’s definitley for Gen Z— but with his father’s stylish genes and her model credentials it’s hardly surprising these two lovebirds made it onto this list.

Ever since Jonah’s GQ Style shoot earlier this year he’s been on our radar as a major player in the men’s fashion game. Then he only went and turned up to his latest premier wearing matching Gucci suits with his surfer and activist girlfriend Sarah Brady, didn’t he? Further research into her Instagram (above) proved that they are officially our new relationship goals.

2021 may have had its drawbacks, but one thing we can all be grateful for is that it brought us the Jen & Ben reunion we all needed. We’re very much here for the PDA, matching accessories and serious lewks.

Two fashion powerhouses coming together? Of course Riri and A$AP made this list. From their matching quilted Met Gala looks to their everyday ensembles that blow even our best outfits out the water. We just can’t wait to see more from these two in 2022.

Zendaya has to be one of our best-dressed celebrities of 2021, hands down. Seriously, props to her stylist. And although we’re not sure boyfriend Tom Holland will ever match her prowess, we’re glad to see him at least trying.

This newly engaged pair have been showing everyone else how casual LA dressing is done. Cute sunglasses? Check. Great shoe choices? Check. Iced coffee? Of course.

We love Sophie and Joe’s relaxed couple vibes that seems to reflect in their fashion choices. Just look at them during their Vegas nuptials— come on.
