Diary of Daisy: My Journey to Motherhood Wednesday, 11th September

Today was a bit more manageable emotionally. I went for a yoga class after work and felt much better. The gentle stretches and breathing exercises really helped me feel centered. Iโ€™ve been reading about how yoga and relaxation techniques can help with fertility, and itโ€™s been reassuring to see that there are things I can do to support my body beyond just tracking cycles and appointments.

I spent the evening with my husband planning a small garden project for the weekend. We want to create a little space where we can relax and enjoy some time outdoors. Itโ€™s a nice distraction from the stress of trying to conceive, and itโ€™s always good to have something to look forward to. ๐ŸŒป
