Cancellation Policy

We’re sorry to hear that you need to cancel your appointment. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected events can arise. However, we have cancellation policies in place to ensure a smooth operation for all our clients.

Notification: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your cancellation so we can free up your time slot for other customers. Failing to do so may affect our schedule.

Cancellation Fee: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a £10 cancellation fee will be charged. This fee also applies if you arrive too late to receive the service. The £10 cancellation fee can be applied to your new booking if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours. We do our best to avoid this situation because we value your time as much as our own.
