Chloë Steps Out For a “Morning Swim” in a Strappy Beige Thongkini

Chloë’s latest swimwear look is all the inspiration we need to elevate our summer wardrobes. Sticking to the neutral color palette she displayed in her recent thongkini photos, Chloë wore a strappy bikini in beige with a triangle top and a floor-length cover-up. Before heading out for a “morning swim” on Aug. 25, the “Treat Me” singer recorded herself singing a snippet from an unreleased song off of her debut solo album, prompting fans to flood the comments section with fire emoji in response.
A quick glance at the high-waisted bikini, which features a crisscross pattern in an X shape, leads us to believe the swimwear is also a thongkini. Other celebrities who have sported the trend this season include Simone Biles, Kim Kardashian, and Vanessa Hudgens. With summer coming to a close, it seems like celebrities are trying to squeeze in as many beach outfits as possible before the season ends, and this look has already earned a spot as one of our favorites.

“Going for my morning swim and couldn’t get this melody out my head,” Chloë captioned the video. As she showed off the look, including an elegant robe cover-up in sheer beige, she sang, “I ask myself why we can’t be closer / I played those same games a thousand times over / And you crave those long nights with me, don’t you? / You can leave your guard at the door and let me love you for the night.”
