Today was a bit more manageable emotionally. I went for a yoga class after work and felt much better. The gentle stretches and breathing exercises really helped me feel centered. Iโve been reading about how yoga and relaxation techniques can help with fertility, and itโs been reassuring to see that there are things I can do to support my body beyond just tracking cycles and appointments.
I spent the evening with my husband planning a small garden project for the weekend. We want to create a little space where we can relax and enjoy some time outdoors. Itโs a nice distraction from the stress of trying to conceive, and itโs always good to have something to look forward to. ๐ป
