Diary of Daisy: My Journey to Motherhood Friday, 20th September

I woke up feeling lighter today, both physically and mentally. My period is finally tapering off, and with it, the weight of disappointment is slowly lifting. I treated myself to a little pampering session โ€“ a face mask, a warm bath, and some time to just be. I realised that taking care of myself through this process is just as important as everything else. I deserve to feel good, even in the waiting period.

I spent the afternoon researching supplements and foods that support fertility. Iโ€™ve already been taking my prenatal vitamins, but I read that things like omega-3s and antioxidants can help too. I want to give my body the best possible chance to succeed. ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿ“ I know I canโ€™t control everything, but I feel empowered when I make small, healthy changes.

This evening, I decided to journal more. Writing down my thoughts and feelings about this process helps me clear my head. Iโ€™m allowing myself to feel all the emotions โ€“ the hope, the frustration, the dreams. All of it. After all, this journey isnโ€™t just about the destination, itโ€™s about embracing every step along the way. โœจ
