Monday, 4th November

The start of the week felt calm but purposeful. ๐ŸŒŸ I had a full day of work ahead, and I was determined to stay focused. The tasks were a good distraction, keeping my mind busy and my hands productive.

At lunch, I caught up with a colleague whoโ€™s recently become a parent. Their joy was evident, and while a part of me felt a pang of envy, I reminded myself that everyoneโ€™s journey is unique.

In the evening, my husband and I cooked dinner together. ๐Ÿฒ Itโ€™s become one of our favourite routines โ€“ a little team effort that reminds us weโ€™re in this together. As we sat down to eat, we talked about the upcoming holiday season and how we wanted to make the most of it, regardless of where we are in our journey.

Today felt heavy. ๐Ÿ’ญ It wasnโ€™t triggered by anything specific, just one of those days where the weight of it all felt a little harder to carry. I allowed myself to cry, letting the emotions flow without judgment.

By the time evening came, I felt a bit lighter. I journaled about the day, reminding myself that tough days are just a part of the process. Itโ€™s okay to feel, as long as I donโ€™t lose sight of hope.

The weekend started with a slow, peaceful morning. ๐ŸŒป I spent some time in the garden, sipping tea and watching the birds flit around. Thereโ€™s something about being in nature that soothes my soul.

We decided to spend the day exploring a nearby town. Walking through its quaint streets, browsing little shops, and enjoying a leisurely lunch made for a perfect escape. ๐ŸŒณ It felt good to step out of our bubble and experience something new together.
