Call me a T-shirt aficionado. I am so particular about the wardrobe staple, and as a shopping editor, I’ve tested at least 100 styles. A great tee can’t be see-through, and when I wash it, the quality must remain the same. Additionally, the sleeves can’t be too short or too long; the fit should be stylish, not tacky or outdated. See what I mean? I’m picky!

Of all the options I’ve tried, these Old Navy Tees ($10-$14) are my absolute favorites. They check all my boxes and the prices can’t be beat. Most of the brand’s T-shirts come in sizes XS-XXL and types regular, tall, and petite. The designs are tag-free, so there’s no annoying itchiness at your neck or side. The fabric is soft and relaxed, but not flimsy or thin. These tees are all-around winners.
