I’ve always wanted a matching red sweatsuit – I think part of it is that I have this pixelated memory of my mom in all of her ’80s glory wearing one with some sweet high-top Reeboks when I was a toddler – and since loungewear rules everything around me, it was pretty clear to me that now is as good a time as any to make that desire a fashion reality.
Months ago, I stumbled upon this comfy fire-engine-red sweatshirt, and after wearing it weekly I decided this would be the sweatshirt that I’d build my red sweatsuit around. All I had to do was find the matching pants.
