After collaborating with Kaws and Daniel Arsham, Dior is joining hands with rapper Travis Scott. Dior’s artistic director Kim Jones will be joining the Grammy-nominated artist to help design the French luxury fashion house’s Summer 2022 men’s collection. The upcoming collection will mark Dior’s first full collection ever created with a musician! Scott and his foundation, Cactus Jack, have teamed up with brands like Nike, McDonald’s, and Bape in the past.
Fans started buzzing about the collection even before news broke because the musician was photographed in Paris wearing a chic brown suede jacket with “Dior” written across the back. Leave it to eagle-eyed fans to also figure out that this was a never-before-seen design, which led many to believe that the rapper was hinting at an upcoming project with the luxury brand. The Dior Summer 2020 Men’s Collection by Kim Jones and Travis Scott will be unveiled in Paris on June 25th and on Dior.com. In the meanwhile, take a look at the campaign image of Travis ahead.
