Somewhere between your third and fourth Zoom call, likely around 3 p.m., you might want to swap your interview-ready ensemble for a more easygoing alternative. Your morning enthusiasm for a statement look eventually starts to disappear into a desire to be comfortable. I know because I go through two types of outfits on any given work day: typically a sweater and pants combo at 10 a.m., then a matching lounge set around 3 p.m.
