Our Doors Are Open!

We are excited to show you our new arrivals, showcase the summer collection and get back to doing what we do best.

We have been busy planning and preparing to ensure the highest standards of safety and hygiene will be adhered to:

We will limit the number of visitors in each store at any one time. This will help you and our team members observe social distancing. There will be floor stickers or signs as guidance.

To ensure maximum floorspace to allow for social distancing our upcoming sale will be available online only.

At this time we will not be accepting online returns in-store. If you should change your mind about an order please use the free returns labels provided.

We have installed protective barriers on every cash desk and would encourage you to pay via card or apple pay where possible.

All staff members will be provided with PPE including face masks and gloves.

There are easy to use hand sanitiser stations throughout our stores which we invite you to use on entry and exit.

A sanitisation process will be in place for any shoes that have been tried on.

Each store team will engage in thorough and regular cleaning of frequently touched areas before opening and throughout the day.

Due to the nature of measuring feet and fitting children’s shoes our children’s departments remain closed, our full children’s collection is available online and we won’t be offering a children’s sale at this time.
