Wedding ceremonies might be on hold this summer, but this probably means invitations will already be stacking up for 2021—and here at Who What Wear we can’t help but plan our outfits far ahead of time. With plenty of styles heading into sale, and wedding guest dresses now able to be worn in a more relaxed way (hello boots and sneakers) you know you’ll get plenty of bang for your buck.
There are many factors to consider when choosing an outfit for an important event, which means many of us start browsing as soon as the invitation hits our letterbox. Who will be there? Will you be caught off-guard in a candid snap? What about the pictures that will be immortalised in family photo albums? And then there’s what you really want to opt for in your heart of hearts. Lace? Pastels? Florals? Designer? High street? So many options. That’s not to even mention choices other than dresses (of which there are many, but we won’t go there here).
