You asked. I delivered. Or more precisely: I asked you on Instagram if you wanted to see this Tahini Date and Cinnamon Smoothie, you said yes so here I am delivering. The key to perfecting this smoothie? A LOT of cinnamon. I’m talking about a whole tablespoon of spice… at least. I usually correlate smoothies with a summer snack but this healthy drink is somehow comforting and cozy, even though it’s cold. It’s savory, sweet and slightly spicy all at once.
