After searching for a while and looking at Jake Picking’s interview, there wasn’t much I could find out about his workout. While we all do know that he goes to the gym and exercise hard, there was no information to confirm my theory of his conditioning. So you can say that it’s a mystery that won’t be cleared until Jake Picking makes a clear statement about his workout routine.
As for now, I will tell you what you can do and what Jake Picking does, in my opinion. Looking at Jake, Picking a fantastic lean and muscular body, the workout routine that comes to most people’s minds is simple; cardio, strength training, and weight training.
This routine may not sound much, but to get a body like that, it is enough. As people often forget that the body isn’t made in a month, it takes years. For years Jake Picking has been in excellent shape, and since the movie patriots day, he started gaining muscles.

By looking at his body, anybody can tell he does a lot of weight training, now as we do not know what he does in the weight training. So I would recommend you guys go to the gym and start working out every day with a standard single body part and seven exercises each body part program.
After two months, change it to training two body parts each day and working out five days a week. So, in the end, it’s up to you how you want to take your workout routine.

The Jake Picking diet plan is a healthy diet plan full of vegetables, carbs, protein, vitamins, supplements, etc. Jake Picking eats around five to six meals a day, just like a typical bodybuilder.
So he will eat meals every two or three hours and that meals mostly contain oats, toast, eggs, avocado, chicken, rice, veggies, salad, protein smoothie, etc.
