Miguel Herran Workout Routine
Miguel Herran Workout consists of doing a lot of gym training and cardio exercise. His workout routine mostly based on calisthenics exercises, and that’s how he keeps himself fit. Since Miguel was young, he always had that muscle body.
In one of the interviews, Miguel Herran also shared that his friends used to call him Conan the Barbarian because of his body physique. Currently, Miguel Herran is sticking with his same workout routine and going to the gym at least five times a week and working out for about an hour to two hours each day.

Cardio
Miguel Herran does some cardio exercises like running, biking, etc. To get his body warmed up before he can start his other workouts, even though his calisthenics workout burns a lot of calories, he still insists on doing at least 20 minutes of cardio workout before he can start training his body. In that, Miguel Herran runs on a medium face almost enough to make him sweat and burn some amount of calories.
Miguel Herran Weight Training
The weight training routine of Miguel Herran consists of doing some of the mixed training exercises. Miguel Herran keeps mixing up the workout with different kinds of functional and compound movements. He also includes some of the standard bodybuilding workouts, where he focuses totally on how he can get those gains.
So his compound training is more about gaining overall strength, and his conventional bodybuilding workout is for gaining muscles. In these workouts, I couldn’t find all the exercises he does, but I did notice that some of the activities contain exercises like; deadlifts, snatch, clean and jerk, bench press, cable crossover, dips, etc.
Calisthenics
Miguel Herran has been doing Calisthenics workout for a long time; his body has gained an immense amount of muscles and became well defined by doing calisthenics workouts. In this, he performs exercises like pull-ups, muscle-up, dips, toes to the bar, etc.
We don’t know what level Miguel Harren must be in currently, but it won’t be wrong to say that Miguel Herran must be making some hard calisthenics moves.
