She has achieved all that by keeping herself fit, so let’s see some of the things that Meghan Roche’s workout contains, which helps her to stay slim and muscular.

Megan Roche has an athletic background, and she used to be pretty macular the version you see right now is her getting lean and losing all of her muscles. To maintain that slim figure, Meghan has taken some very healthy workout routines that help her be as fit as possible. She loves to work out almost every day, but sometimes the laziness kicks in, and it changes every day to four to five days a week.
Cardio
Cardio routine is one of the things that Meghan thrives for; she loves to run even before any other workout. You will see Meghan running at least two to three miles. In her recent workout video on Instagram, she shared that she did two miles of the run before the workout.
So running is something you Meghan does a lot, and it benefits her very well. So you can also start running four to five days minimum and go at least two miles of distance.
Yoga
Yoga is another workout that she loves if you see the Meghan Instagram account; there are many videos posted where she is doing yoga. Yoga is an excellent workout that provides you flexibility and helps you get your muscle slim down and tone down.
It also works as an excellent cardio burn workout routine and burns a lot of calories. Looking at Meghan videos, I’m guessing that she must be doing yoga at least three days a week, maybe more and at least for an hour a day.

Meghan also does a bodyweight exercise routine; she recently shared a video of her doing some bodyweight exercises in a circuit routine. Meghan Roche Weight Exercises
Meghan also loves to do weight exercises; on the same video, she has that all in one machine and bench, bosu ball, and weights. So I’m guessing that Meghan must be doing some mixed upper body routine, a lot of lower body and core workout. In upper body routine, she must be doing exercises like:

- Bench dumbbell press
- Dumbbell flyes
- Lat pulldowns
- Lateral raises
- Shoulder front raise
- Dumbbell curls
- Tricep pushdowns
- Dumbbell kickbacks

Meghan Roche Diet Plan
As Meghan Roche has such a strict workout routine, she can have a little less stringent diet plan. So her diet plan mostly contains waking up and having green tea first thing in the morning, it also helps with her skin and as well as boost her metabolism.
After that, she will go to a cafe and get herself a bowl of cereal; if she has to go to work, she will eat lunch at her photoshoot place only.
In lunch, anything goes from salads to a cheeseburger with a fluffy bun and thick meat patty. She loves to drink green tea, and in the evening also Meghan tries to drink as much as she can; after that, at night, it’s either a salad, chicken, veggies, steak, etc. Meghan also loves to drink a lot of water throughout the day.
