She used to do gymnastics that made her super slim and flexible, Lizzy continued that for a while but left it eventually, as she got super busy with work and career. Although she continues to train harder just with different things and we will take a look at all those things.

Cardio
Last year The Bella interviewed Lizzy Greene, where Lizzy revealed a few things about her life after a shoot. Lizzy talked about many things, including what her personal life looks like when she is not shooting or working.
Lizzy said that she is just an ordinary teenager, and her routine is pretty much longer. Lizzy said as she is from an athletic background, she likes to stay fit, and for that, Lizzy does running a lot, Lizzy runs every day. Lizzy also stated that she loves to do different kinds of workouts around Vancouver and Boston.
Gym Training
Believe it or not, Lizzy does go to the gym, around two years ago, she also made a blog where she shows her routine and gym workout. I will give the link below, so you watch the video by yourself. In that video, Lizzy started the exercise with a few minutes of the treadmill to get her body warmed up, and after that, she does some stretching.
The workout starts with:
- Crunches till failure
- Then weighted lunges till failure
- Weighted One-two combo
- Sit-ups till failure
- Push-ups till failure
Now that’s her old workout, and I’m sure that her current exercise must include a lot of other floor exercises and some dumbbell and additional weight exercises. Lizzy Greene Diet Plan
Lizzy Greene likes to eat healthily and cook her food. Even in the interview with Bella, she said that, and currently, during the time of quarantine, Lizzy made a video for J-14 Magazine that they upload where she talks about what she is eating and doing during these times.
In that interview, Lizzy has clearly stated that she likes to eat healthily, and she has a set tooth for which Lizzy consumes two super sweet sumo oranges, but it’s natural sugar so it won’t be that bad. Lizzy also talked about making her food and cooking for herself; that’s all that Lizzy said.
Ao we know now that she eats healthy, and for snacks, she has fruits, I’m guessing for lunch Lizzy would have some light food like salad and boil chicken, and for dinner, it would be veggies or some whole-grain food. Lastly, do not forget to consume a lot of water throughout the day.
