After looking for a while on the internet and youtube, I could not find much about his workout routine that Taylor follows. Taylor hasn’t revealed anything about his workout, and other interviewers still haven’t asked him anything training related at all.

So I have to tell you guys his exact routine is a secret, although I did find a short video of him working out, and you may have even seen the video in the movie.

The video gives a good idea about the workouts he might be doing, and Taylor also did a mask endorsement in which he was posing with a medicine ball and over the box, which you can see here. So, one thing is for sure that his workout does contain a lot of weight training and some cardio and core workout. So let’s plan that you can follow to get a similar physique like Taylor.

Cardio

Taylor got seen doing a cardio workout in the video; he was doing water rover for his cardio workout routine. Even though he doesn’t do a lot of cardio, I’m sure he must do at least 15 to 30 minutes of the cardio session.

The workout may differ from what got shown in the video, but just in case we will add 20 minutes of cardio for our warm-up routine. In this routine, you will be following and doing 10 minutes of water rover and 10 minutes of running on the treadmill.

Looking at the video, you can see that Taylor was doing some basic bodybuilding exercises so that we will stick to the same activities, but we will follow a superset routine. So you will train two body parts on the same day without having rest between both exercises set. For example:

  • One set of biceps
  • One set of triceps
  • Rest for 30 seconds

This way, you will be performing at least 5 to 6 exercises in each body part workout. This routine will help you get muscular and ripped faster. However, if you are a beginner, don’t do this workout routine, follow a simple one body part a day routine. So let’s see what exact order you will be going to the workout?

  • Tuesday and Saturday: Back and Tricep
  • Wednesday and Sunday: Shoulder and Legs
  • Thursday: Rest day
