Although after looking at her tip-top account, I did find out some of the things that he does. If you follow Ava Max on tik-tok, you would have seen her posting videos in the gym where she sings some songs.

In those videos, Ava Max was running on the treadmill, doing curls, thigh abduction, stretching, etc. So we can say that maybe she is a fan of some cardio and weight training, but now I’m not sure about this, but looking at her abs, Ava Max is also working her core at least three times a week. So I guess it won’t be hard to make a workout plan to get a body like Ava Max, you can follow this workout and make sure that you work out at least five days a week. The exercise won’t be laborious. It will depend on how consistent you are with it.

Ava Max Workout Includes:-

Cardio

For the cardio routine, you will start with the treadmill; we will make it a little different than what Ava Max has shown in her tik-tok video. You will be doing interval training on the treadmill; this routine will help you get your calories to burn faster, and you will gain more stamina.

In this, we will be doing 15 minutes of cardio that will work, in which you will be performing 1 minute of running and 30 seconds of walking. After this, you will do some stretching and then head to the weight training; then, after the strength training, you will do an 8 minutes cardio finisher that will have 30 seconds of sprint and 30 seconds of walking.

Stretching

In that video, you can see Ava stretching, so we will add 10 minutes stretching routine that will give your muscles some flexibility and help the blood flow all over your body. You can do any stretching exercise that you like, just make sure that you cover each body part while doing that.

Ava Max Weight Training

For weight training, you can start working out five days a week, focusing on your core and lower body. The upper body will be just about two days a week the rest days; you will work on your lower body and core muscles. In this workout, you will be doing four sets of each exercise and performing 8 to 12 repetitions in each round.
