Danielle is an overall healthy person; at such a young age, Danielle has achieved a lot and keeps her in top shape; she has to balance many things. Most of her days go by, working 12 to 16 hours a day, which is a lot tiring. In that intense work situation, she must take care of her health and body.

Well, Danielle gives an Interview to Untitled Magazine where she stated that she is training a lot to stay healthy. There was no detail about Danielle’s workouts nor about how many hours or days she works out. I’m guessing the best way to approach her body shape is by doing a mixture of different routines.
So I would give you a routine that will be a mixture of cardio, weight training, bodyweight exercises, and core workouts. We will work out five days a week and follow a simple warm-up routine before every workout. So let’s get into the training:

Warm-up
We will start with some simple exercises like high leg kicks, sidekicks, butt kickers, inchworm squats, and finish it with a 1km to 2km run and stretches for the warm-up. All these workouts will give your body the best blood pump and make sure your body is ready to train hard.
Gym Training
In the gym training, we will focus on building the lower body and core mostly and workout our upper body but not in the same ratio. The activity will not take more than an hour if you don’t see correctly without taking a super long rest between every set and exercise.
