Now before I go to the details of the workout, I want you guys to know that this routine won’t be the exact routine that Griffin follows, as I wasn’t able to find out the exercises he does in the workout, but I was able to find the workout he does.
Griffin workout at least five to six days a week regularly in that he follows cardio and weight training. There’s nothing super extreme or intense in his routine; Griffin has maintained that shape by being consistent with his routine.
Cardio
For cardio exercise, you are going to do some running on the treadmill. It will help us get lean, slim, and burn many calories and fats from every part of our body. You will do at least 30 minutes of treadmill run, in which you will be doing the warm-up, running at a moderate pace, and cool down as well.
This routine will make sure your body gets the blood flowing before running, so you won’t get injured or get any kind of muscle strain. The workout will look something like this:
- 5 minutes warm-up walk
- 20 minutes running at a moderate pace
- 5 minutes cool down walk
Griffin Johnson Core Workout
Griffin Johnson has these rock hard abs, for which you will be doing a 20-minute abs routine at least four days a week, and if you want, you can do it almost every day. The abs routine will contain a circuit routine with ten exercises that you will do non-stop, and you will only rest after each set.
