The cardio routine will help us get the same benefit that Hyuna gets from dance practice. So we will do a 40-minute cardio routine, in which we are going to do two exercises that will burn a lot of your body fat.
The first exercise will be a 25-minute run on the treadmill at a moderate pace, and if you don’t have the stamina to keep running for 25 minutes, then you can just run for as long as you can and then walk for the rest of the time.
After that, you will rest for two minutes and then finish the workout with a water rower; you can follow this pattern for an intense fat-burning workout.
- One-minute of the moderate pace

- Repeat six to seven times
Bodyweight Exercises
Training days: Monday To Friday
Duration: 15 to 20 minutes
After that, we will do a HIIT routine that will burn more calories and build our muscles while doing it.
