So as far as I have researched, there was some information about what he does, but his total workout is still a mystery; we have seen him posting a lot of stories about his workout routine where he will show off his cardio routine and some exercises.
Although there are not many proofs of his actual workout routine, Jacob Sartorius mostly does a lot of cardio and strength training as he is still growing. He cannot lift a lot of weight and do some exercises that will affect his growth.
So I would give you a workout routine that you can follow to get a body just like Jacob Sartorius, remember if you are below 19, you may want to have an official trainer tell you the workout that will not affect your growth.
