Last year Lesley interviewed with The Womenโ€™s Health where she talked a lot about her routine, and how she keeps herself healthy. Lesley told Womenโ€™s Health that she trains with her trainer for about four to five days a week, in that they do a mixture of cardio, strength training, high-intensity interval training. Lesley also said that she loves to do a lot of yoga exercises, and she also works with a movement specialist.

There are many workouts that she does around the day, Lesley also believes in how you can be better by not sitting every day, she also shows the concern of people who work sitting every day in one place for an extended period. Lesley said that it could bring a lot of diseases and problems, thatโ€™s why she is always doing something and moving her body.

Lesley also stated that her focus is not on just doing the same stuff for an extended period, as your body gets used to anything pretty quickly, and if you donโ€™t change it and surprise it, you will stop seeing results. She also focuses on building flexibility, mobility, and doing stretching before every workout; it helps loosen up her body and decreases injuries.

She does a lot of cardio to maintain the blood flow and gets her body warm-up, her heartbeat to get up, and burn a lot of calories. For the cardio routine, itโ€™s mostly running on the treadmill, but she sometimes switches up with other machines.

The weight training workout usually goes around four to five days. In that workout, Lesley focuses more on the upper and lower body; the exercise mostly contains compound movements and some isolation movements as well.

Yoga

She recently went live on Instagram, where she did a workout with her trainer, I guess, in that she did a few exercises and four to five sets.
