10 Influencer-Approved Skirts That Might Make You Rethink Your Love of Dresses

While some may say summer is the season of the dress, I personally define myself as a skirt enthusiast. Endlessly versatile, skirts are an item that can be elevated enough for just about any occasion and also dressed down for more casual affairs. As an example, the checked slip skirt I wore to a wedding alongside a slinky silk cami last year is now the same skirt I wear to picnics on weekends alongside a plain white tee and Stan Smith sneakers.

To further prove my point that skirts are in fact, an unsung wardrobe hero, I’ve taken the liberty of tracking down a few summery iterations that come with influencer-approval. From buzzy brands like GanniSir and Musier Paris to high-street favourites like H&M and ASOS, this season we’ve seen a plethora of chic skirts spanning mini, midis and maxis.
