Her get-fit journey is not too long. She started taking her health seriously since January 2020, and when she began the trip, she told the fans that she wants to get rid of 165 pounds by the end of 2020. She appointed the trainer Jono Costano for her. Her workout activities included walking on the beach, drinking loads of water, and staying physically active.  She also got into boxing exercises and hiking for visiting fit and losing weight.

It was great that she kept all her fans updated about her fitness journey through her images and updates. With her pictures on Instagram, many people encouraged her and applauded her because she took the year 2020 as a challenge towards her fitness.

Rebel’s fitness trainer Castano said that “fitness is a journey and not the goal, but it is a brilliant way to transform you into a healthy human. It would be best if you started with the best ways to change yourself. But once you get accustomed to it, you should adopt it as your lifestyle and make sure that you continue to stay healthy and fit.”

As per Castano, just giving two weeks or three weeks for fitness is not the right thing. The best thing is to start the journey and then continue the same for much better results. Castano had already warned Rebel that the trip was going to be tough, and thus the only solution was to keep the goal realistic and short. These steps would help to achieve bigger goals.

Now, coming to the workout that you all can do to lose weight and get fit, well, if you are overweight like Rebel, then doing just simple exercises like walking, dancing, being active will help you lose a lot of weight.
