IU also likes to run a lot, so we are also going to add running in our workout routine, you can do this every day for about 30 minutes. If you are doing it irregularly like three to four times a week, make sure you run at least 5km to 10km to get the best result. However, I would recommend following every day 30 minutes running routine for the best result.

It was an extreme diet, and once she lost the desired weight, she returned to her eating routine.

If you feel that even if you want to shed some extra weight, it is better to stick to a balanced routine. IU has a good workout regime, but her diet plan is quite extreme, and it might not suit everyone.
