There is a particular thrill that comes with partaking in the digital equivalent of window shopping or simply browsing through an online array of items you adore but may not realistically be able to afford.

I experience this thrill each time I log on to Net-a-Porter and peruse pages of new-in Bottega Veneta bags that retail for a small fortune or inspect in great detail the intricate construction of Gucci’s latest masterpieces. And while Net-a-Porter’s extensive collection may seem as if it’s filled solely with aspirational luxury designer items with price tags in the thousands, the e-commerce platform actually carries several contemporary brands that are far more attainable.
From instantly recognizable cult labels like Ganni, Rixo and Stine Goya to minimalist favourites like Ninety Percent, The Line by K and Alix NYC, Net-a-Porter carries a range of brands that sit at a more affordable price-point. With this in mind, I’ve put together an edit of the brands I love to shop on the designer website, focusing on labels that often retail for less than £300.
