While Madison Bailey‘s arrival on the MTV Movie and TV Awards red carpet led to several Outer Banks cast pictures, the spotlight belonged to Bailey as she twirled in her multi-layer, tiered Versace skirt with the iconic starfish print from Donatella’s spring/summer 2021 runway.
